Executive Lodge

Bostick Plantation offers an alternative plan for hunters who want to relax in a little more style. We built Bostick Plantation's Executive's Lodge in 1980 in order to meet the growing demands of our hunting operation and to enable us to offer our guests more upscale accommodations during their stay with us. The Executive Lodge comfortably holds 10 hunters in an elegant atmosphere where you aren't afraid to put up your feet after a memorable hunt. Our Executive Lodge is the perfect place for you to entertain those most important clients or key personnel. Very often, we will have Corporations book our Executive Lodge for an entire week. Please feel free to contact us about making arrangements for special Corporate outings. Advance reservations are required. Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, game room, pool table, satellite TV in every room, wireless high-speed internet, trophy room, fishing and an open bar.

All hunts include lodging, meals, daily maid service, guides, transportation to, in and from the fields and dogs when needed.

Typical Three-Day Hunt Schedules

For the best chance of bagging the trophy you are looking for, we recommend the minimum of a three-day hunt. Of course, shorter or longer hunts can be arranged.

Please note that these schedules include hunting on 4 different calendar days. So, a 3-day SC hunting license will not be valid for the morning of the last day. Therefore, these hunting schedules will require a 10-day SC hunting license.

NO ONE-DAY HUNTS ON THE WEEKEND, PLEASE!!

RESERVATIONS

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required per person. In order to hold your reservation, we must receive your deposit within 10 days. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel and give us at least 14 days notice before your scheduled arrival date, we will be glad to reschedule your hunt and apply your deposit toward your new reservation. This will give us only 2 weeks to book another hunter(s) to take your place. If you need to cancel within 14 days of your hunt, it is suggested that you find another hunter to take your place.


GAME PROCESSING AND TAXIDERMY

We charge a $45.00 fee per animal taken for skinning and quartering your game. This also includes storage of your trophy in our walk-in coolers. We also offer complete game processing, caping of your trophy and taxidermy service. We also charge 95 cents per bird to clean them and pack them for you to take home with you.


HUNTING LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

All hunters are required to have a valid South Carolina hunting license. Anyone born after 1979 must have a valid Hunter Safety Course ID to be issued a South Carolina hunting license. For your convenience, you may obtain your SC Hunting License at the Plantation upon your arrival.

Please note that the 3-day license is valid for 3 calendar days, not a 72 hour period. And, the 10-day license is valid for 10 calendar days, not a 240 hour period. Therefore, if you will be hunting on more than 3 consecutive days, you must have a 10-day hunting license. And, if you will be hunting on more than 10 consecutive days, you must have the annual hunting license. The annual hunting license is the ideal choice for our guests who plan to hunt with us on more than one occasion between July 1 and June 31. The prices of non-resident hunting licenses are as follows:

Deer, Turkey and Boar

  •   3-day License  -   $140.00
  • 10-day License  -   $175.00
  •  Annual License  - $225.00

Boar Only

  •   3-day License - $40.00
  • 10-day License - $75.00
  •  Annual License - $100.00
(All hunting license purchases must be paid for with cash.
Credit Cards and Checks cannot be accepted
for the purchase of hunting licenses.)

Island Plantation
Less Expensive and Nonrestrictive Hunting

Bostick Plantation now has an alternative option to offer our trophy hunters. Should you want to hunt in a less restricted area while hunting at Bostick you may. This land is located in several different tracts within five to seven miles of the trophy area, you may take any buck as long as the antlers are three inches above the hairline. You may take a buck in the morning and another buck in the afternoon. After September 15, you may take a buck or doe in the morning and a buck or a doe in the afternoon. You may also harvest one boar per day for no additional fee.
